Gag Package provides novelty prank delivery services featuring two main categories:
Stinks: Non-toxic stink bombs in various strengths (Stink Bomb, Ultimate Stink Bomb, Nuclear Stink Bomb).
Gags: Custom gift packages with personalised wrapping and premium presentation options (Just For Her, Just For Him, Birthday Wrapper with optional premium matte black box).
All products are novelty items designed for entertainment purposes only.
3. Age Verification
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our service. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to verify age at any time.
4. Product Descriptions
All products are novelty/prank items. They are non-toxic and safe to use. Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Images are representative and may differ slightly from actual products. No guarantee of specific reactions or outcomes is provided.
5. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
- You are responsible for ensuring the recipient will not be offended or distressed
- You must obtain consent from the delivery address holder before sending products to workplaces or schools
- You must provide accurate and complete delivery information
- Photos submitted must not contain illegal, offensive, defamatory, or copyrighted content
- You assume full responsibility for how our products are used
6. Prohibited Uses
- Harassment, bullying, or causing genuine emotional distress
- Targeting minors under 18 years of age
- Sending to workplaces or schools without advance consent
- Any use that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
- Use for harassment purposes or to cause harm
7. Payment and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major payment methods. A valid payment method is required to complete an order. Currency conversions (if applicable) are handled by your payment provider.
8. Limitation of Liability
Gag Package is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for: undelivered products due to incorrect address information, recipient reactions or emotional responses, relationship consequences, loss of profits, or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the refund of the order amount.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and product images, is the property of Gag Package or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit this content without our written permission. User-submitted content (photos) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it for order fulfillment and marketing purposes.
10. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund. After processing has begun, cancellations are subject to a reasonable processing fee. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer service team at gagpackage8@gmail.com. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be escalated to alternative dispute resolution or small claims court as appropriate under Irish law.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
