How does Gag Package work?
Simply select a product (Stinks or Gags), personalize it with a custom message or photo, provide the recipient's address, and we handle the rest! Your prank arrives discreetly packaged and ready to surprise them.
Is delivery really anonymous?
Yes! Our packages are sent from a generic sender address. The package exterior doesn't reveal the contents. Your name is not displayed on the package exterior. However, once opened, the contents will reveal this is a prank service.
What's actually in the packages?
Stinks: Non-toxic stink bombs in various strengths. They're completely safe, just very pungent!
Gags: Custom-wrapped gift packages with personalized messages. Premium options include matte black box presentation.
Do you ship to the UK?
Yes! We ship to the entire UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) with free shipping. Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only within 1 hour of placing your order. Once processing begins, cancellations are subject to a processing fee. Check your confirmation email for the order timestamp.
What if I provided the wrong address?
Contact us immediately at gagpackage8@gmail.com with your order ID. If the package hasn't been dispatched, we can usually correct it. Once dispatched, address changes cannot be made and the package may not be delivered.
Are the products safe and non-toxic?
Absolutely! All our stink bombs use non-toxic, environmentally-friendly formulas. They're completely harmless — just extremely pungent. Our products are designed for novelty entertainment only and have been tested for safety.
How do gift cards work?
Purchase a gift card (from €2 onwards) and send it directly to the recipient. They'll receive an email with a unique code to redeem any products on our site. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be used anytime.
What is the premium matte black box?
An upgrade for the Birthday Wrapper (and custom gags). Instead of standard packaging, your gift arrives in an elegant matte black presentation box for a premium unboxing experience. Perfect for special occasions!

Can I track my order after it ships?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package in real-time with the carrier (Royal Mail, An Post, or DPD). Estimated delivery dates are provided with the tracking information.
What if the recipient is offended?
We recommend sending pranks only to people who have a good sense of humor! Make sure the recipient won't be genuinely upset. While we can't refund based on recipient reactions, we encourage you to know your audience.
