Shipping Destinations
We currently offer free shipping to:
- Ireland: All locations within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
- United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland
Note: We do not currently ship internationally outside Ireland & UK.
Delivery Timeframes
Ireland: 2-5 business days (standard processing + delivery)
United Kingdom: 5-8 business days (standard processing + delivery)
Processing Time: Orders are processed the same business day if placed before 2 PM GMT. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in unmarked, discreet packaging to protect your privacy. The exterior of the package will not indicate the contents. Perfect for workplace or school deliveries (with recipient's consent).
Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:
- Tracking number for your shipment
- Carrier information (Royal Mail, An Post, or DPD)
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your package in real-time
What to Expect
Email Confirmation (Immediate): Order confirmation with order ID and details.
Processing (1-2 business days): Your package is prepared and packed.
Dispatch Email (within 2 business days): Tracking information sent with carrier details.
Delivery (2-8 business days): Package arrives at recipient's address.
Delivery Address Requirements
Please ensure your delivery address includes:
- Full recipient name
- Complete street address (including house number)
- City/Town and postcode
- Country (Ireland or UK)
- Contact phone number (optional but recommended)
Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:
1. Check the tracking information first
2. Wait 2 additional business days in case of delays
3. Contact us at gagpackage8@gmail.com with your order ID and tracking number
4. We will investigate with the carrier and either resend or refund your order
Incorrect Address
If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, please contact us immediately at gagpackage8@gmail.com with your order ID. If the package hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually correct the address. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible and may result in non-delivery (refund not guaranteed).
Customs & Import Duties
Deliveries within Ireland and the UK do not incur customs duties or additional import fees.
